Brown Swiss Association Offering Youth Heifer Program

The Wisconsin Brown Swiss Association is once again looking for student applicants for its McCammon Youth Heifer Program in 2022.
The program is intended to be a two-year project where applicants receive grant money to purchase a Brown Swiss animal to raise and gain hands-on experience.
Students must be residents of Wisconsin and become members of the Wisconsin Junior and the National Junior Brown Swiss Associations to apply. Recipients will receive a grant for 50-percent of the purchase price of a Registered Brown Swiss female of any
age.
Applications are due by February 10 and the winners will be named at the Wisconsin Brown Swiss annual meeting this winter.
