Midwestern BioAg, a recognized leader in soil health and crop nutrition solutions, announced that Brad Griffith has been named Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

Griffith assumes the role after serving more than three years on the company’s Board of Directors and brings close to 30 years of experience in the life sciences and agricultural sectors.

His professional background includes leadership roles in sales, product management, and executive strategy, giving him a broad perspective on both customer needs and business growth. “Midwestern BioAg has built a strong foundation rooted in agronomic integrity and trusted partnerships,” said Griffith.

“I believe companies achieve sustainable growth through a truly customer-centric approach, and my priority as CEO is simple: ensure the success of our customers. When they win, we win.”

The company confirmed that its leadership team remains fully aligned and that daily operations will continue seamlessly as Midwestern BioAg moves forward.

Addressing current industry conditions, Griffith noted, “Agriculture is navigating a challenging and rapidly evolving environment from market volatility to shifting grower expectations. Midwestern BioAg is well-positioned to meet these dynamics with agility, focus, and a clear commitment to delivering value in the field.”

As CEO, Griffith will concentrate on deepening relationships within the company’s existing Channel Partner network while pursuing strategic partnerships to broaden access to its soil health solutions.

“Our commitment to our partners remains unwavering,” Griffith said. Griffith also plans to spend considerable time meeting directly with partners and customers, reinforcing collaboration, responsiveness, and long-term value creation.
