NFL hall of famer launches premium beef line

NFL hall of famer launches premium beef line

By Blake Jackson

NFL Hall of Famer Joe Thomas, a proud Wisconsin native, has launched Hall of Fame Beef, a line of premium beef products sourced from his Six Springs Farm in Southwest Wisconsin. Partnering with Prem Meats, they are dedicated to delivering ethically sourced and meticulously raised beef.

Inspired by the stunning Driftless Area, Hall of Fame Beef offers steaks from a unique blend of cattle genetics, including Black and Red Angus, Simmental, and soon-to-be Wagyu, ensuring exceptional flavor in every bite. Animal welfare is paramount, with cattle raised humanely and ethically in a nurturing environment that prioritizes their well-being.

The product range extends beyond steaks, encompassing beef bundles, smoked products, Wisconsin cheeses, curated charcuterie boards, and exclusive limited-edition merchandise, including knives and cutting boards.

Joe Thomas, owner of Six Springs Farm, shares his passion: "My dream of having a few cows on the farm has evolved into a boutique beef operation raising a small number of steers with the strictest standards. These zero-stress steers cared for by my kids have lived a more comfortable life than I have!"

Marty Prem, co-owner of Prem Meats, expresses their enthusiasm: "Working with Joe to realize his vision for Six Springs Farm Hall of Fame Beef is an honor. His values, commitment, and dedication mirror our own, and his passion for sharing the beauty of the Driftless Area resonates deeply with us."

Hall of Fame Beef invites you to experience the exceptional taste and ethical sourcing that comes with their premium beef products, offering a unique connection to the heart of Wisconsin's Driftless Area.
