On Tuesday, Steve Van Lannen of American Foods Group will talk about how inflation and pricing trends have impacted meat plants, products, pricing, availability and exports.

And on Thursday, State Veterinarian Dr. Darlene Konkle and Mississippi State University Professor Amelia Woolums will explain how vaccination and quarantine protocols can keep cattle healthy during shipment while also protecting the animals in their new herds.
