Emma Wallace has been appointed as the new district coordinator for the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation (WFBF) in southwestern Wisconsin.
In her role, she will collaborate with county Farm Bureaus to develop and implement programs that support members, while also leading efforts in membership recruitment and retention.
Wallace will represent District 3, which includes Crawford, Grant, Iowa, Lafayette, Richland, and Vernon counties. She is scheduled to begin her position on April 27.
“Emma’s agricultural background and Farm Bureau involvement make her well-suited to work with our county Farm Bureaus in southwest Wisconsin,” said WFBF’s Executive Director of Member Relations Bob Leege. “We look forward to what she will do as the District 3 Coordinator.”
Raised on her family’s dairy farm near Belmont in Lafayette County, Wallace remains actively involved in farm operations alongside her father, husband, and daughter, focusing on herd records, employee management, and breeding decisions.
Wallace holds bachelor’s degrees in dairy science and agricultural business from UW-Platteville, where she participated in multiple agricultural organizations and won the Wisconsin Collegiate Farm Bureau Discussion Meet in 2022. Wallace previously worked in marketing and communications at Reddy Feed & Grain LLC.
