Wisconsin Agriculture in the Classroom (AITC) has partnered with RAYN Growing Systems to introduce innovative, hands-on agriculture education to classrooms across the state. As part of the collaboration, one Wisconsin teacher will receive an EdRack Hydroponic System valued at $5,000, along with professional training to ensure successful use in the classroom.
The online giveaway is open to Wisconsin teachers from February 4 through March 15, 2026. The selected winner will be announced on National Agriculture Day, March 24, 2026, highlighting the connection between education, technology, and modern agriculture.
Designed for classroom learning, the EdRack Hydroponic System allows students to explore plant science, sustainability, food production, and technology through interactive, project-based experiences. Students can follow crops from planting to harvest while developing skills in science, mathematics, and critical thinking.
“We are excited to partner with RAYN Growing Systems to further our shared commitment to growing agricultural literacy and supporting educators,” says Beth Schaefer, AITC Program Coordinator. “This promotion is more than giving away an incredible classroom resource, it is about engaging students with the technology and diverse opportunities available in the agricultural sector.”
