This one-day event, held on September 21st at the University of Wisconsin Platteville, is packed with interactive learning experiences.
Master leadership styles with facilitator Michael Hoffman, known for his engaging approach. Learn to assess situations, take charge when needed, and provide constructive feedback all crucial skills for any leader.
“Stride is the perfect fit for high school students looking to build and strengthen their leadership skills while exploring potential opportunities in agriculture,” said Amber Cafferty, PDP marketing and development coordinator. “We’re excited to have Michael Hoffman returning as our program facilitator. His interactive, high-energy style is so well received by students they’re engaged throughout the entire day and inspired to put their skills to work in their schools and communities after the conference.”
Beyond leadership training, the conference offers unique campus tours. Explore the university's farm and dairy foods lab, gaining insights from researchers and graduate students.
