The Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Promotion Board has hired a new coordinator. Ann Schulz will work with the program assistant in helping shape, guide and organize the WSF Dairy Promotion Board's efforts, activities, events and programs throughout the year.
As coordinator, Schulz will also be responsible for working directly with Wisconsin State Fair and other organizations to facilitate necessary vendor licenses, safety checks and requirements for food vending at the fair. And she will manage the organization's finances and bookkeeping obligations.
Schulz has worked in various communications and marketing roles for Alltech and Kuhn North America. She grew up on her family's dairy and seed farm in Cedar Grove and currently works with her husband and his family on their dairy farm near Mayville.
"The Wisconsin State Fair Dairy Promotion Board is excited to bring Ann on board as the coordinator," said Board President Nicole Barlass. "Her industry experience along with her passion for the dairy industry will be a tremendous asset to the board."
