Every month through May, the Wisconsin Beef Council will offer virtual cooking classes. The courses showcase how to prepare and shop for beef, as well as describe the various cuts and nutritional value of real beef.
Before the event, participants will be sent a shopping list and recipe instructions. On the night of the class, they will interact and ask WBC staff questions while cooking the meal at home.
The October 20 class features King's Hawaiian & Grillo's Pickles Beef & Queso Sliders.
