Dairy farmers of Wisconsin board election candidates

Attention licensed dairy producers in affected districts: Don't forget the May 24, 2024, deadline for the Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin (DFW) Board of Directors election. Candidates for 2024 include:

  • District 2: Carolyn Alsteen, Jamie L. Porior, Monica Schwittay (Florence, Forest, Langlade, Marinette, Oconto, Vilas counties)
  • District 5: Mark Mitchell, Kay Zwald (Dunn and St. Croix counties)
  • District 8: James Ronald Juedes, Jessica Pralle-Trimner (Marathon County)
  • District 11: Daniel Hinz (Outagamie and Winnebago counties)
  • District 14: Annaliese Wegner (Jackson, La Crosse, and Trempealeau counties)
  • District 17: Mitch Kappelman (Calumet and Manitowoc counties)
  • District 20: Jessica M. Kelley, Randy Roecker (Richland and Sauk counties)
  • District 23: Jody L. Miller (Iowa and Lafayette counties)

If you haven't received a ballot and are eligible, email DATCP Market Orders staff at DATCPMarketOrders@wisconsin.gov for a ballot. Completed, signed ballots must be postmarked by May 24, 2024, and mailed to DATCP, Market Orders Program, PO Box 8911, Madison, WI 53708-8911. Unsigned ballots won't be counted. You can also email completed ballots to the address provided Make your voice heard in shaping the future of dairy farming in Wisconsin. Producers who are elected will serve terms lasting three years, commencing on July 1, 2024, and concluding on June 30, 2027.
