The Wisconsin Farm Bureau Federation is actively seeking candidates for the role of District 7 Coordinator in Northeast Wisconsin. The responsibilities for this position entail collaborating with volunteer Farm Bureau leaders across a six-county area in order to design and execute programs that cater to Farm Bureau members' needs. Key duties involve organizing activities aimed at fostering membership growth within each county, acting as a bridge between WFBF and county Farm Bureaus, engaging in monthly meetings with county Farm Bureau boards to disseminate information and facilitate program implementation, identifying and nurturing potential leaders within the organization, contributing to the production of quarterly newsletters, and delivering administrative support to county Farm Bureaus through the County Farm Bureau Services Program.
This position predominantly involves remote work, with a substantial amount of travel within the designated territory, occasionally requiring overnight stays. A company vehicle is provided to facilitate travel. The counties within District 7 encompass Langlade, Marinette, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, and Waupaca.
