Wisconsin Farm Bureau is now accepting applications for its inaugural WisGO Team, a new advocacy initiative for its members.
The WisGO Team will consist of 15 individuals who will serve as advocates and thought leaders on issues impacting agriculture. Team members will receive media training, learn about policy development, and participate in virtual issues updates throughout the year. They will also have the opportunity to share their stories with a broad audience through multiple media platforms.
Voting members of Wisconsin Farm Bureau with a willingness to step forward and be involved with lawmakers, media, and consumers are eligible and encouraged to apply.
The WisGO Team will play a vital role in representing Wisconsin Farm Bureau and agriculture issues. Team members will gain a deeper understanding of agricultural issues, expand their network with fellow farmers and agriculturists across the state, and be a voice for Wisconsin agriculture.
Applications are now open and will close on Friday, December 8.
