A group of junior members of the Wisconsin Holstein Association are receiving scholarships to help cover the cost of their college tuition next year. The group say over $15,000 in scholarships were awarded to members studying in agriculture or related fields at a two-year or four-year university.
Top scholarships applicants include the following students:
** Lauren Breunig, Sauk City: $2,000 Presidents' Scholarship
** Emma Bangart, Stratford: $1,500 John Selz Memorial Scholarship
** Justyne Frisle, Prairie Farm: $1,500 Maurice and Geraldine Cooper Memorial Scholarship
** Courtney Glenna, Amery: $2,000 Doris Morris Memorial Scholarship
** Elena Jarvey, Sobieski: $1,500 Marlowe Nelson Memorial Scholarship
** Ainsley Noble, Lancaster: $2,000 John Klossner Memorial Scholarship
** Brooke Hammann, Barron: $1,000 Gordon Berg Memorial Scholarship
** Mason Jauquet, Pulaski: $2,000 Bradley Fust Memorial Scholarship
** Sam Mess, Rosendale: $2,000 scholarship donated by Richard and Peggy Daluge
** Emily Stumpf, Appleton; Evan Jauquet, Pulaski; Ava Booth, Plymouth; and Randall Winch, Fennimore: Wisconsin Holstein Foundation Scholarships.
