The University of Wisconsin Division of Extension and the Wisconsin Beef Council are hosting two upcoming Beef Quality Assurance certification meetings this winter. BQA certification is valid for three years. Attendees will hold the BQA certification, with family members and employees covered by that certification when it is filed with the market(s) and cattle are all under the same management.
The meetings will be held on January 14 at El Norteno Mexican Grill in Curtiss at 10:00 a.m. and February 11 at the Comfort Inn in DeForest at 2:30 p.m.
