The Wisconsin state FFA officer team will be hitting the road in the coming weeks to meet with local chapter leaders and agricultural industry officials as they kick off their annual Fall Leadership Workshops. The sessions will prepare local FFA chapter officers and members for leadership roles in their school for the coming year.
The officers are planning and conducting this interactive workshop with the goal of encouraging FFA members to develop leadership skills to be fully prepared to serve their chapters for the upcoming year.
"This workshop is a great way to prepare FFA members for their role as an active member in their local chapter as well as those that serve as chapter officers," says State FFA Director Cheryl Zimmerman. "These sessions get students excited about leadership and all the opportunities that they can participate in through the FFA organization. It helps them discover their potential in their local FFA chapters and how they can put their leadership into action."
The theme of this year's workshops is 'Come One, Come All!'
