The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin says another group of speakers are set to take part in the online Dairy Signal program this week.
On Tuesday, Amy Wagner of Dairy Management Inc. will join Karen Doster with Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin to provide an update on national and state dairy promotion activities, including how programs are keeping dairy products at the forefront in schools.
Banking and lending experts will share their expertise and knowledge on industry trends from loans to inflation on Wednesday's episode. Presenters will include Jim Moriarty of Compeer Financial and Sam Miller with BMO Harris Bank.
And on Thursday, American Foods Group CEO Steve Van Lannen will talk about what's new in the beef processing industry, when it comes to products, pricing, availability and exports.
